TRAYVON MARTIN FOUNDATION

The Trayvon Martin Foundation was established in 2012 by Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin in honor of their son, Trayvon Martin. The Foundation is committed to creating awareness of gun violence, promoting social justice, and providing educational and support programs for families who have lost loved ones to senseless violence. Through advocacy, outreach, and community engagement, the Foundation strives to build a world where every individual is valued, and justice prevails. Its mission is to empower families, inspire change, and ensure that Trayvon’s legacy continues to drive progress toward equality and peace.

Trayvon Martin Remembrance Weekend: Honoring a Legacy of Change and  Empowerment Miami, Fl – The Trayvon Martin Foundation is proud to announce  the Trayvon Martin Remembrance Weekend, taking place on February 1 – 2,  2025, in Miami, Florida. This special weekend of events will honor Trayvon’s  legacy and continue the foundation’s mission of inspiring change, promoting  unity, and strengthening families.

Trayvon Martin Peace Walk

“The Annual Remembrance Peace Walk and Peace Talk” is a time for our community to come together to honor Trayvon’s life. This year’s event is especially poignant, on February 5th, Trayvon would have turned 30 years old.
His birthday inspires me more than ever to celebrate his life and stand with the victims of gun violence. We must come together to end gun violence, restore hope in our community, and ensure that our children and families are safe, healthy, and prosperous,” said Sybrina Fulton, mother of Trayvon Martin and Co-founder of the Trayvon Martin Foundation. Trayvon Martin’s parents will be joined by his brother Jahvaris Fulton and community leaders.
